An amazing hidden gem! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. One of them posts weather and a joke of the day on a whiteboard in the lobby. I loved it! The lobby is inviting with TVs. Breakfast included, even have a light snack Mon-Wed. Rooms were spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. My only comment is the hallways are hot and the luggage cart wheels need to be replaced. I'll be back for sure!
The breakfast was amazing! I don't typically eat breakfast but did both days. There was a large variety and everything was fresh. The outdoor area is really nice providing several places to sit. Our bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a full-size fridge too.
Hospitality was awesome since we parked until we came home from Arizona. Staff is awesome very helpful and accommodating. They were so nice to me and my wife and boy. Please stay there. Rooms are great. Thanks Paul and Carrie and Landon.
Great rooms and staff. Breakfast was fine but the waffle machine was broke. Hopefully they will fix that soon. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed ourselves. It was quiet and had a great patio with a pool and BBQ area. Pet friendly for you with pets.
Awesome room with lots of room for our family of 5 (great tv, bedding excellent, heating perfect), kitchenette was great (sink, stove top, dishwasher, full size frig), fitness facility was excellent, pool (could have been warmer was my only down about facility), reception hour was good and breakfast was decent as well. Laundry service great too. Nice job overall here!
We checked in around 5:30-6p on 12/5 and the young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and wonderful. The snacks were such a pleasant surprise after a long trip. Great stay. Thanks!
We had an extended stay here with our furry friends and felt very welcomed, especially by Meredith and Geremy who were always very friendly and helpful - they made our stay more enjoyable for sure! I would highly recommend staying here.
IHG hotels never disappoint. I am a Happy Diamond elite member, so I stay at hotels very often. This was just a quick one night stay, and Heather made it the best!!! She was polite, and seemed happy to answer my questions. Also felt special to see my name on the Welcome board. Not to mention, I left a $100 pillow in the room and went into a full blown anxiety attack. I called her in a panic, she called me back and had it ready for pickup 5 mins later!! WHOEVER READS THIS, GIVE HEATHER A RAISE AND NEVER LET HER GO!! SHE IS A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH!!!
